Products
All products are produced on-demand once ordered. Colours and finishes may vary slightly from what's shown on screen due to differences in display calibration and print production. Photography featured on our products is used under agreement with the respective photographers and remains their intellectual property.

Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include shipping. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price shown at the time you place your order is what you'll be charged.

Payment
Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not store your card details.

Order acceptance
Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

Intellectual property
All images, designs, logos, and written content on this site are the property of Colours of the Hebrides or its featured photographers and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without written permission.

Limitation of liability
While we take care to ensure our products and website are accurate and reliable, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
