Shipping policy

How it works
Every order is printed and dispatched individually by our production partner, Gelato, from the facility nearest to you. This keeps delivery times faster and reduces environmental impact compared to shipping from a single central warehouse.

Processing time
Every order is produced by our print partner once you order it — nothing is pre-made or held in stock. Production typically takes 1–3 business days. During busier periods (e.g. the run-up to Christmas), production may take slightly longer.

Delivery time
Because your order is produced at a facility local to you, most UK orders arrive within around 5 business days of being placed, start to finish. International orders may take longer depending on destination and customs processing.

These are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary due to customs, courier delays, or other factors outside our control. Exact delivery estimates for your specific order are also shown at checkout.

Shipping cost
Shipping is included in the listed price of every product — there are no separate shipping charges at checkout.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its progress.

International orders
Customers outside the UK may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their own country. These are not included in the product price and are the customer's responsibility.
